Why Elements of Wellness?
There are eight elements of wellness. These elements are interconnected and one can affect the other. We may not be able to work on all elements all of the time, but we can aim to promote balance.
Lovely Amy has been teaching my husband and I private yoga for several weeks now, and I have to say how brilliant she is and a wonderful teacher (even our 2 year old is mesmerised by her and loves to have a go)! I would highly recommend to anyone of any fitness to give it a go! It definitely helps me with my weight training and general posture and flexibility!
