Cancellation Policy
Thank you for scheduling a coaching session with Elements of Wellness. To ensure fairness, availability, and compliance with UK consumer law, the following cancellation policy applies:
24-Hour Notice Required
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend without notice, will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
Coach-Initiated Cancellations
If Elements of Wellness must cancel a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK Law)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, clients booking services online or at a distance have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund, provided the service has not yet begun.
Once a session has taken place, or where the client has requested that a service begins within the 14-day period, this right no longer applies.
Policy Agreement
By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
