Monthly | Group | Floating hammock or floor mat

  • Monthly deep-rest experience: Elements of Wellness hosts a once-a-month floating sound bath designed to help you fully switch off, unwind and reset.

  • Immersive support and sound: Relax in either a weightless aerial hammock or on a floor mat with bolsters while crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes create a soothing, restorative soundscape.

  • Simple, calming format: You arrive to a softly lit space, get comfortably settled, then spend around 60 minutes lying back with eyes closed as the sounds guide you into deep relaxation.

  • Gentle wellbeing benefits: Sound baths may help reduce tension, anxiety and fatigue, support better mood and sleep, and offer a peaceful shared experience, though they are not a substitute for medical care.
